Remote copy to anocher vendor
Hi all:
We'd like to know if there are some native solution to do a remote copy to Qnap for instance.
Currenly our new nodes are H400 Gen6th with OneFS 8.1.2 but we don't know some tool for this.
Would EMCcopy and rsync be good for this?

Copy from QNAP to Isilon, if QNAP support NDMP, you can use isi_vol_copy, otherwise use host application EMCopy for smb and rsync for nfs.

Both EMCcopy and Rsync can be used to copy data to a QNAP device, but they have different feature sets and requirements.
On the other hand , You can directly migrate from QNAP to Isilon or from Isilon to QNAP using tools like Gs Richcopy 360 and ShareGate, both are available nd easy to use .
