rest/namespace api user connection

Hi,Is there a way to use other than root user for rest/namespace api connection?If yes how and witch user?Can I create a user just for this?In the FILE: System I'm unable to create new users.In the LOCAL: System I can create users but I can't grant them privileges to work with API.OneFs 8.0.0.6Thx
