Set-Acl : Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

Hello,

We are new to Isilon. We have Isilon stores and trying use these as OneFS file system. we download some data in folders under a share. We are trying to assign ad groups by power-shell but getting below message. This script is working with Windows system and also we can manually assign groups but not with power-shell. Please help us
