upgrade firmware
Hi hope that you could help me
I have some Isilon nodes, how should i update them in what sequence?
Is it in this ordre, i cant find anything on google, and on emc support page.
1. Drive support packs
2. Drive firmware
3. Node firmware
4. OneFS
I really hope you can help me..., .

Yes, I would do the same after first initial configuration of a new cluster. Whether you install the "Drive support package" or the "Drive firmware package" depends on the type of Boot drives (with or without bootflash drives).
But I would add as the last step

I have the same requirement.
Last week, one VNX5400 our company used reports disk failed, after call EMC's 800 help, one of EMC engineer help us upgrade the firmware for SSD disk and the controller (SPA/SPB) due to the 700 days problem (v0336)
But we have the other EMC products need to check if them need to upgrade.
I want to know where can I download the upgrade tool and the firmware and do the upgrade like the EMC engineer do.
