600m s-video...

So I've got TV Out on my 600m... it's S-Video. I have a samung TV, I'm not sure exactly what the model is but it has S-Video in and it says HDTV on it.

Now my 600m has an m9 onboard, and i dunno why but it's pretty bad. According to ati's control panel, it should do 1024x768 but my TV doesn't support it. It can only do 800x600. Is that right?

Also, how do I set the S-Video signal to be 800x600, cos I dunno how to change it...
