After bios and driver updates: cannot wake from hibernation..

The other day I upgraded my Precision M6600's bios to A15 as recommended.

At the same time I used Driver Booset (iobit) and it upgraded 12 system drivers..

After this the machine has been unable to wake from hibernation (sleep works just fine) I end up at a black screen, sometimes the keyboard responds:  caps/numlock works, but I cant do anything.

I tried rolling back the drivers DB updated, but no change hibernation still doesnt work..

So Im afraid it could be Bios update A15 that is the culprit.?

Can anyone help?
