C600's....

GOOD AFTERNOON.....WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ISSUES WITH C600'S HAVING SOME POWERING OFF PROBLEMS.  WE HAVE USERS WHOSE LAPTOPS SEEM TO JUST POWER OFF.....ANY SUGGESTIONS??  ANY UPDATED BIOS FIXES??

If these users are using the notebook on a soft surface or they use them in a dusty area it could be caused by heat. Clean out the fan/heatsink area and use them only on a hard surface.
