Conecting Notebook to TV using S-Video

there is no such thing as a 7 pin svideo output.

Many dells have a dongle that attaches to the 7 pin connector that has both
SVIDEO and NTSC or PAL composite video.

The extra pins provide clock and power connections in addition to the
SVIDEO Out. Some do not need an external adaptor but rather the
Svideo pins line up exactly for the jack.

Yeah, I am also waiting to find out, how to connect mi 700m to a TV set, I have try every possible way that I can think of with no results, If I finally get it, will I be able to use the tv set as an extended view monitor, for like, presentations and slide shows? Does anybody knows about it?
