E7270 Native Resolution

Hi All,

I'm currently using a E7270 laptop which under Windows 7 supported a native resolution of 1920 x 1080. However after upgrading to Windows 10, the max resolution i can achieve is 1366 x 768 even though i have the latest drivers installed.

I've tried removing the graphics drivers and re-installing to no avail. Can anyone advise how to get 1920 x 1080 back?

Thanks,

Darren

Hi db221980,

Thanks for posting.

Apologies that your computer is not performing as expected.

When you updated the graphics drivers, were you able to update the BIOS and chipset drivers as well?  http://del.ly/6591D8hld

Are you referring to the resolution of the external screen?  Because this model has never been sold with an internal display of resolution greater than 1366X768 -- it cannot have had that resolution on the internal screen.

If it's for the external screen, make sure you've installed the video drivers for the system and installed the driver for your external monitor.  What type of external monitor connection are you using?
