Factory Defaults BIOS !

Hi,

Here are the steps to load factory defaults. However, is there a reason why you'd like to load the factory defaults in BIOS? The intent of the question is to make sure we are going the right way. In case, there is a particular issue you are facing, I'll be glad to assist you.

• Restart PC.
• Press F2 key when the Dell Splash screen appears.
• Press the right arrow key to highlight 'Exit' menu; select the option 'Load Optimal Defaults' or you can also press F9 key on the 'Main' menu (refer to the images).

No, I mean i want to flash my BIOS to older version that it came with, this problem related with the following thread no one replied that. en.community.dell.com/.../20199189.aspx  \n Is this heating issue normal ??

Downgrading the BIOS is not recommended. The issue that you are facing is not normal. I have posted some troubleshooting steps on this link: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19469675.aspx. 
Please try them and revert with the results.
