How to restore Dell Inspirion N5010 to factory settings.
I have a Dell Inspirion N5010 that I would like to restore to factory settings but when I boot it up and press either F8 or F12 it does not give me the advance boot options where the restore to factory settings is. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do, Thanks.

You might want to try this link first and see if has any important info for you:

Good luck.

You will need a copy of the Dell restore media if the system no longer shows the restore function after pressing F8 at powerup.
In the US, see
http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/w/microsoft_os/476.2-0-requesting-a-microsoft-windows-reinstallation-cddvd-from-dell.aspx
outside the US or out of warranty you'll need to call Dell.
