Inspiron B130 T&L Feature. Help please.

I have a Dell Laptop Windows XP Inspiron B130 and would like some help. Yesterday I bought the video game Oblivion The Elder Scrolls, and it turns out, my system doesn't meet the games' requirements...(I don't have the T&L Feature) I have an Intel(R) 915GM/GMS.910GML Express Chipset, and I would like to know if there is some kind of update that I can do to give my card the T&L feature, if not I'd like some suggestions on what kind of graphics card I could buy that has this feature without spending a great deal of money. All help would be appreciated!
