More Warranty Q's

​Need to know about warranty cover.​

​I looked up my warranty status and it reports I have the following;​

​NBD(Next Business Day on-site) DELL 10/26/2005 10/26/2006 107 Days left​

​PLUS TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT DELL 10/26/2005 10/26/2006 107 Days left​

​POW(Parts only Warranty) DELL 10/26/2005 10/26/2006 107 Days Left​

​ ​

​Does this mean I have a POW (Parts only) warranty with Phone Support and guaranteed next day​

​on-site technician but who is still going to charge me labour? ​
