NET WORK PROBLEM

hi every body

i have a problem with my network adaptors.  when i connect to internet via Lan card(broadcom netlink TM) or WiFi 5100 after few minutes my lap top totlly freezes. it hangs and locks up/  no key works. alt+ctrl+delete  dont work.  i must push shut down bottom a few seconds to turn the laptop off. to solve this i change my OS /all os i try it such as win7 32bit/ win7 64bit/ win vista 32bit & ....      but in all os i have this problem again. also i update latest network adoptor drivers , But i have this problem./ i dont know what should i do to solve this problem/ I think it is hardware issue /  i forgot to say that when i work in "safe mode with networking"  the lap top does not  freeze (hang+  lock up)  /   if any body here help me to solve this problem i promise to  tell him thanks him thanks
