New Laptop Hinge Not Closing
I just received my new XPS 13 2 in 1 for university, and out of the box the hinge did not rest flat on the laptop. I was just wondering if this is a common issue with the 2 in 1 hinge, or I just got a defective hinge, because it seems to rest fine on one side of the laptop.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer. You know the exact Dell model number for others to see and help offer assistance? Example: Dell XPS 9360

XPS 9365, I'm currently in communication with the retail store it was purchased at, sadly I'm having to deal with some pretty bad service haha.
