no speaker no sound
the alienware 17r4 always can not find the speaker .and the laptop makes noise that sounds like that the tv no signal.

Hi jerry qiu,
Please uninstall the audio driver from device manager and from programs and features. Follow the steps below.
Start > in search box type in device manager > under the sound, video and game controller > select audio driver and right click on it and uninstall and check the box (delete the software for this device).
Start > in search box type in programs and features > select the audio driver> right click on it > click on uninstall, restart your computer and reinstall the audio driver using the link below.
