Repairing O/S
My granddaughters Dell Inspiron 560 cannot install windows updates, it is asking for the O/S installation disk to make a repair, unfortunately she has trodden on making it unusable. Is there any way round this or do I have to purchase a new installation disk?

Welcome to the Community. You can use the below link to request for an OS disc. ( US Only ) If any other region, contact Dell Technical Support in your region and request for one.
