T-mobile / Venue Pro 11 Windows 10

Hi,

Hope you can help me!

I've installed a T-mobile (NL) simcard in my Venue Pro 11, but for some reason I'm not getting connected to the internet.

When I use the problem-solver in Windows 10 it says I need a simpincode2 to get connected.

Does anyone know if I can deactivate this option? According to T-mobile it's an hardware demand. Does anyone know if I can get this to work with an T-mobile simcard?

Kind regards,

Linda

You also need a WWAN card -- the SIM by itself is not enough to make the connection:

Hi,

I have the 5810e 4G LTE Mobile BroadBand Card installed.

I also just installed the latest driver, but I get the same result.

No internet acces and problem solver says: sinmpincode2 should be provided.

This code has to come from the service provider -- ask them.
