When surfing the net i notice that image quility is low

​ Hey people. when i am surfing the internet i notice that images are really low quility. But when i surf the net on my desktop computer the images are fine. I have been reading on the internet that the is caused by a internet accelerator on my laptop. Can someone tell me how do i get rid of the problem? ​
