XPS 12 not booting even from USB
I have an XPS 12, that suddenly loop in the boot process, also in the windows repair process. I can only see the circles looping...
I prepared a USB boot with the latest windows, using all kind of combinations, GPT, MBR, with FAT32, NTFS. I also used RUFUS with the three available option.
I prepared a windows DVD, and connect it through external USB drive...
I prepared a win PE version, which I used to use it for fast imaging...
I tried all combination of boot options, UEFI and legacy, by removing secure boot...
None of them succeeded. in all cases, it took few seconds like trying to boot from external usb, then go back to the same loop of windows circles boot process.
I just wanted my files, knowing that there is no detachable SSD.
for information, I tried many of the usb I prepared with Microsoft surface, which also used UEFI, and they work... but not on XPS 12.
any idea???

Hey there .... I'm assuming you were using windows 10, yes ? Have you try booting from windows 7 or even a live linux ... And in your bios setting have your boot order disable all except the one you want to load ... Though, I'm curious if you try the Dell recovery option ? check the site below from Dell

ok.. I tried with windows 7, and it started booting where I show it loading the first files and then the blinking Microsoft logo for windows 7. but unfortunately, it keeps there blinking for ever.
for me, the installed windows 10 is also doing the same, it show dell logo, and the dot circles of windows 10 are rounding for ever..
I used the diagnose (Full one) and everything passed!!!
I will try also with linux...

I tried ubuntu.. it works but it keeps typing the letter ooooooo...
I could not do anything. I removed internal keyboard and attached usb keyboard, and stil having ooooooo
