Activate Bluetooth using Wireless Switch
I know that this topic has been discussed several times in the forum and I tried to get the solution from the replies. But I could not get any working solution. I have Dell Latitude E5410 with Windows 7, 64 bit.
I checked the specification of this laptop on Dell website. It shows that "Bluetooth: Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth® 3.0"
When I contacted technical support team at Dell, they said that the Bluetooth Card was not supplied, hence I cannot avail Bluetooth facility.
I tired to install various drivers for Bluetooth, but it shows the error: Activate Bluetooth using Wireless Switch.
I activate the same from BIOS setting, but still the same problem persists.
Please help me solve the problem.
Thank you.

It really does sound as though your computer is not equipped with a Bluetooth card. You'll need to open up the computer and physically check for the Bluetooth card - - it should be marked or labeled.
