Hi,

I after all formalities I paid full amount on January 28, 2021, for a laptop which reached India on first week of February. Now Dell asking me to provide them lots of documents like company's PAN xerox (though PAN and GST number is already provided), Certificate of Incorporation, etc.

 

I wonder why are they asking now why not before taking money? Is this a policy to irritate customers and force them to cancel order, giving them partial refund? Is this the way Dell earn money now a day?
