Dell Latitude 7490 Extremely Slow when on battery power (works fine when plugged in)
I have a dell latitude 7490 with intel core i5 8350U, when on battery power it is extremely slow, (it cannot even run YT, but when plugged it has full performance) i have already installed all drivers, i have already checked the power plan, no battery saver mode is on, help?

What shape is the battery in? Run a power report:
Open a command prompt with admin privilege and type
powercfg /batteryreport
What are the current and design charge capacities showing (NOT the current charge state)?
