DELL Optimizer - Intelligent Audio features missing

Question

Hi Experts,  I just brought this notebook DELL Latitude 5320 and I notice my DELL Optimizer - Intelligent Audio features is missing when you compare it from this link (Dell Optimizer: Overview and Common Questions | Dell Singapore) which I cannot use my logitech headset (H111 Stereo Headset) for video conferencing. Could someone kind enough to help me out here? Thank you in advance!                      Below its my notebook information  BIOS version 1.18.1  DELL Optimizer version 3.1.175.0  Realtek Audio version 6.0.9329.1  OS build 19042.1706
