e6430 miracast problem

I bought a Dell e6430 specifically for its Miracast support, so I could stream to an Insignia Roku TV, NS-50DR620NA18.

It came with Windows 7 Pro and Miracast worked when purchased.

I upgraded to a 480GB ssd and increased memory to 16GB.

I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and still Miracast worked.

I have installed all available updates, including bios updates.

Now Miracast no longer works.

Now when I attempt to Miracast I get "Your PC or mobile device doesn't support Miracast, so it can't project wirelessly."

My other laptops Miracast to this TV.

How do I restore Miracast?

Do I need some different driver(s) or different network adapter, or what?

Try a clean installation of Windows 10.

I have seen that windows 10 doesn't support 3rd generation Intel processors for miracast.. is that true ?
