i also have the same problem also, mine is showing a white screen. currently using hdmi went an external monitor

If the system diagnostic light is displaying a blinking pattern of Amber: 2, White: 7, it is indicating a need to "Replace the LCD module."

Customer contacted GHN (Get Help Now) Technical Support agents. After verifying ownership and troubleshooting, an LCD dispatch was created.
