Latitude 3420 WiFi stop working
We started deploying these 3420 models out a couple months ago. We found many come back unable to connect to WiFi. Some are on newest WiFi and bios drivers from Dell. The only fix I've found is to install that same driver. I don't know at this time if the issue has returned for those folks. It doesn't matter if they're in office or home when the issue occurs. Below are the errors in event viewer. Our antivirus isn't blocking it.

Make sure the drivers come from Dell Drivers and Downloads and not from Realtek. Dell customizes all drivers to work on the Dell board. Even updates must come from Dell.

Hello,
Dell Latitude 3420 with AX201 wifi card constant drop outs or does not even find APs. Removed nd reinstalled drivers. It seems Intel has a newer update then Dell why is this one and why is your wireless card having nothing but issues. I have now 4 systems out of warranty and still reinstalling older drivers do not help.
