Latitude 5410/5420 restarting after suspend

I have some Latitude 5410/5420 models where the user chooses the Windows suspend option and lowers the equipment lid, but after a few seconds the equipment restarts on its own and remains on the entire time.

The bios update and formatting of the equipment has already been carried out

Any idea what could be influencing it?
