Since the system does not have XMP support, it's a moot issue; you cannot use the Fury RAM in the Latitude.

Fury RAM is designed for gaming systems that have adjustable parameters for memory timing (this RAM is generally aggressive with timing). It won't work in a Latitude where there is no provision for adjusting memory timing, period.
It's not clear why you would be trying to use gaming RAM in a Latitude -- but as you have seen it's a no-go.

My vision like that, if device constructed for extreme work and I put it light environment. That mean that device will work more stable in this environment. And if I get in some period a bit extreme environment, like high heat, it will be normal working state.

I wish gogle had showed me this topic before I bough second kit of RAM which isn't working with this laptop. It's so frustraiting that this memory works on every dell and hp laptops I have access to but not mine.
Is there a list of memory models that would work for sure (mine has 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U)?

Many manufacturers test their RAM and certify it for use in specific systems. Start with Crucial, which has an online memory configurator. Kingston is another manufacturer that certifies specific RAM as compatible with specific systems. Other manufacturers may test and certify as well.
In general, the best advice for memory upgrades on any Dell system:
1. Avoid low-price "value" RAM,
2. Avoid any RAM that requires XMP to function.
3. Avoid aggressively timed, high-performance "gaming" RAM.

I always thought Kingston is more or less reliable manufacurer. In their specification KF432S20IBK2/32 has default (Plug N Play): DDR4-3200 CL20-22-22 @1.2V besides XMP profiles.
I don't want to buy third kit of RAM which migt also not work with this laptop. Unfortunately that configurators are too outdated. Just wanted to find reliable option.

Kingston is good memory, but dell doesn’t support xmp profiles, so memory may be
KCP432SD8/32
or
KVR32S22D8/32
Or take crucial like I use
