Latitude 5591 screen upgrade

Hello, I have a refurb 5591 with a 1366x768 screen that I would like to upgrade. Looking up the service tag, the parts are listed as:
391-BDSD : Non-touch 15.6 HDF AG EDP1.2, Ultra Slim BOE LCD (1366 x 768 )

XNHVP is 1920x1080 and HRN6M is 1366x768, so I'm assuming the former was taken out and replaced with the latter during refurb? Would this mean that I should be ok to order the XNHVP 1920x1080 screen and it should be compatible? Do I need to worry about anything else eg. cable? Looks like they both require the same one. I should be able to handle the install myself, but I just don't have the technical knowledge to feel comfortable navigating the compatibility landscape without some reassurance. Thank you!
