Greetings,
I've observed some recent developments concerning Dell. I'm located in Asia, and I've been receiving notifications regarding my Latitude 7340. These notifications have informed me that the anticipated arrival of parts has been subject to delays since October 15th, 2023. The situation has been quite dynamic, with the backlog notification continually extending the expected delay from October 23rd to October 24th, and most recently, indicating a delay until October 30th. My customer's frustration has been steadily growing in light of these ongoing delays.

If your customer cannot wait, look into alternative models that are available to meet their time schedule.
