Latitude 7420 boot issue
Trying to start up my Latitude 7420 and getting "no bootable decides found", checked BIOS and I don't even have any boot options. Kept peeking around to see what the issue might be, and I see in my system log that the night before this started, there is a line that reads "Data Wipe Started - Completed Successfully" Little brother was fooling around on it that night so I'm not quite sure what he could have done, but is this reversible? Or is there a way I can at least restore my computer from this? Spent a good bit of money on it just last year and I'd hate to have to get a new one.

A Data Wipe from BIOS is not reversible. The drive has been erased.
Yes, you could restore the drive if you had been making regular full disk images, using a tool such as Macrium Reflect or Acronis. If you don't have such images, then you cannot restore the erased system.
You do not need to buy a new computer. You can install Windows to the existing drive. I wrote a description of how to install Windows. And here is a description from a Microsoft site.
