Latitude 7480 with booting issues
Hi everyone, I'm facing a bunch of annoying isues with my laptop, first if it's completely turned off and I try to turning on hitting the power button once (like normally you do) the power button led and keyboard lights turns on for a few seconds and then the system turned off again not even showing the Dell Logo. I have found that the only way to turning on the PC is by connecting to AC and then hold Windows key + FN + Power button around 45 seconds or until Dell logo shows up, then Appear a menu with some options and I select the option try to reboot and select UEFI Boot choosing the SSD.
After the computer boots and log into windows everything works great but after a few hours it happens random Blue Screens or freezing up so required a hard reset holding power button and again starting the same ritual again. This have happened with the computer on full loads and not using anything at all so this is very frustating and have no idea whats happening here.
I have read so many forums about owners or IT guys with the exact same model that have changed faulty motherboards, memory ram or hard drives but I don't wanna change these parts just like trying to hit something in the darkness since I am not sure if it is a hardware, software or configuration issues.
At this point I have run several diagnostic test with the Dell Support software, on Dell Support Web and the one at the boot before windows load up, everything seems fine not showing a single error. I have try to disconnect Battery, CMOS, Unplugged RAM and SSD then hold power and start again and nothing happens.
Just for the record my laptop is a Latitude 7480 with i5 7th gen, 1080P IPS touchscreen, 8 gigs of RAM and everything is updated.

Well I post this some time ago and no one from Dell or with a high technical knowledge said a word.
The computer works fine a couple of months with a freeze screen here and there then reappear the blue screen and again this odd hotkeys combination to start the computer with the system test passing everything fine but givving some issues to start.
I change battery for a new one last May but it didn't help, if somebody have been there and found a solutions for his computer please let me know a solution for this. Only thing I found is that the USB C port on this computer didn't work with my 65 watt Dell Dock station which I used with Latitude 3500 from work.
I have another Latitude 7390 2 in 1 with an i7 and 16 gigs of ram, everything else except for the size and the fact that is convertible is the same, only one year model newer and it's working fine.
