Latitude y5490 Detection Verification Issues

I am getting a repeated error msg (code 31) on my Detection Verification driver. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the driver multiple times. I also have tried using every type of support assistant to try and fix the driver, but nothing is working. The driver is apart of the Realtek Audio installer, but no matter how many times I try the error msg still shows up.

Actually, this isn't part of the Realtek audio driver, but of the Intel Graphics software. Probably the driver that gives you sound over HDMI. I'd recommend downloading the latest Intel Graphics software from Dell Support and use that driver!

also had "Detection Verification" error in the device manager, on my Dell Latitude 5285
solved by installing "7285_Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver-with-Intel-Smart_88YR0_WIN_6.0.1.8225_A04.EXE" [version  6.0.1.8225 ,A04]
