Use the service tag to look up the system's as-shipped configuration, but you cannot exceed (and could never have exceeded) the firmware-reported screen resolution of the system.

If the screen is listed as 1600X900 in system setup, it's HD, not FHD.

it was 1900 x 1080 , was FHD
