Ram memory issues on dell g15
I'm having a ram problem on my Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition laptop. Recently, I bought 2 Crucial branded ram modules (2x16gb 3200mhz) to replace the original ones (2x8gb 3200mhz), which are compatible with my notebook as specified by the manufacturer.
It turns out that only one of the memories worked in my dell g15, I've tested them together, tested them separately, changed slots separately and only one of the two worked (I also performed the procedure of disconnecting the battery and resetting the bios by pressing the power button for 30 seconds before making changes). I also tested with 1x16gb and 1x8gb original that came in lenovo, reversing slots and reversing the memory I tested, and it's always the same 16gb memory that doesn't work. After so many tests, I was convinced that one of the modules was faulty, but I tested both 16gb ram memories on another notebook (lenovo) and both worked (even the module that didn't work on the dell g15).
That way, since both worked on lenovo, it doesn't seem to be a hardware problem. However, I don't understand how the two memories have the same settings (both 16gb and 3200mhz and compatible with the specifications of the dell g15), and only one of them works on the Dell G15, while on the lenovo both work. Could someone please help me with this problem?

Working in a Lenovo system does not guarantee compatibility with a Dell which are very picky regarding RAM compatibility. Judging by your testing procedure it is likely the one RAM module has a compatibility problem. Crucial RAM can be returned for replacement as per their warranty information at their site here.

I'm having the same issue on a Dell G15 5515 Ryzen 7 5800H with RTX 3060.
I also have a Dell G15 5511 with Intel i7 11800H RTX 3060.
On Dell G15 with Intel i7 11800H I have 2 ADATA memories, 2x32GB (64GB) working perfectly. I removed them of this laptop and inserted them on Dell G15 with Ryzen 7 5800H and they don't work together.
When I insert only 1 ADATA memory of 32GB on the Slot B, it works. If I add + 8GB on Slot A, it works and I can have 40GB of memory on Ryzen 7 5800H. But when I switch the 32GB memory from the Slot B to the Slot A, the battery light starts to blink (2 amber 4 white), indicating Memory or RAM failure.
I have no idea why only Slot B accepts the ADATA memory. And I also have no clue why both of them works just fine on Intel but not on Ryzen.
I have Bios 1.18.0 on Intel and Bios 1.8.0 on Ryzen. Please, anyone could help?

Just adding that I have the exact same issue on my Dell G15 5515 Ryzen 7 5800H with RTX 3060.
I tried to upgrade my 2xGB RAM with 2X16GB but one of the slots doesnt recognize the cards and I get the battery light blinking 2 amber 4 white. Nothing makes it work except removing the ram from the second slot. Both cards work fine as the only card within the functional slot.
