I'M VERY SORRY THERES A MISTAKE IN MY POST THE PROBLEM IS ACPI\DELLABCE\2&DABA3FF&0 NOT APCI\DELLABCE\2&DABA3FF&0 . I don't know how to edit my post...
Had the problem: "acpi dellabce 2&daba3ff&0" - solved it by running Windows update INCLUDING VOLUNTARY UPDATES. Actually it solved two problems I had. The 2nd I hadn't even started working on yet.

Are you running Windows 10? I hope that you are.
First, install the chipset driver from Dell https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER03709265M/4/Chipset_Driver_GH5T3_WN32_10.1.1.18_A04_01.EXE
If the device is still unrecognized, you may need Dell Airplane Mode Switch Driver: https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER03137561M/2/Network_Driver_PX8MM_WN64_1.0.0_A00.EXE
