Wifi connected but no internet access

I tried all the solutions available from Microsoft and other search results on google and youtube to fix my Wi-Fi settings, which basically connect but says no internet access. Worst problem is that it does not even want to reset settings(System restore). Help me, I'm using dell latitude e6230, even after installing new wifi drivers which I download via my phone still it is not working

Did you reset your router and reboot the network? Any problems with your provider? You are connected to wifi and your own network but not connected to the Internet. That's a problem with your modem and/or router. Unplugging everything and restarting might help.

To reset the network-- turn off the computer and unplug power from the router and the modem. Then connect modem first and wait until all the lights are blinking happily, then connect the power to the router. Wait again for a minute or 2 and turn on the computer. If that doesn't connect you to the internet, contact your provider for help.

You should not have changed drivers for this problem since you are connected to wifi so the network card is working. Open Device Manager and update the network drivers to make sure you have the right ones. Drivers must be from Dell not another source. Drivers--here--
