I have a Dell Vostro 5510 15" laptop. The laptop's current operating system is Windows 10 Pro, and the laptop also includes a Windows 11 Pro License. How do I upgrade the laptop to begin using the Windows 11 Pro license, and what is needed before I do that upgrade?
