It is an issue with the distribution you're trying to install having an entry in the exclusion (not allowed) database. The technical details are linked below.
Actually I wanted to uninstall Windows 11 and install Arch Linux. looks like I have to disable the secure boot but I won't install in legacy mode. Thanks for the info btw.
There is no Legacy mode in this system -- you must use a Linux distribution that supports UEFI boot (a separate issue from there being secure boot support).
