The G15 5530 is supported by Dell with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. But, AWCC is only supported in Windows 10/11.

AWCC 6.0 User's Guide states support for Windows 10/11.

AWCC 6.4.15.0 was only supported in Windows 11.

Yes, AWCC (Alienware Command Center) isn’t natively supported on Linux as it’s designed for Windows. However, there are alternatives for managing system performance and RGB lighting on Linux, like OpenRGB and other hardware monitoring tools.

Dell Command Configure is not supported on Alienware/Inspiron/Inspiron G/Vostro Laptops.

Dell, you sell notebooks with Linux but the fan control system doesn't work? I'm using mine with Ubuntu and it overheats when I run games.

I bought my Dell G15 5530 with Linux, and I use Linux, but there's no control software for Linux. When I try to play games, the machine overheats. I bought a gaming laptop with Linux and there isn't a single Dell application that is compatible with Linux.

@tr1x_em Thank you so much! I had been banging my head against my keyboard for weeks in Linux mint trying to get my G7 7700 keyboard backlight working, and this solved all my problems!
