G5 15 - 5587 Ubuntu

I just bought a Dell G5 15 - 5587 with Linux (Ubuntu 16.04). I was able to set it up but soon after I tried to remove an application I got the blue screen of death and the pop-up message "internal error". What should I do??? I went on the French Dell website to get the Linux driver to reinstall Ubuntu but it doesn't exist for my computer?!?!?!? The website told me to call tech support BUT the French Dell support is only reachable by phone Monday to Friday during office hours (it's now Friday night). What should I do? Does the Dell French tech support have an email contact?
