Grub won't work after bios update 1.10.0

Hi! I have a Dell G3 3779 with dual boot, one for windows 10 and one for ubuntu 18.04, after I updated the bios to version 1.10.0 the laptop would boot into windows, I tried the bootmgr cmd comand, I tried to repair the grub using boot repair and I even tried to reinstall grub but it wouldn't work, after all that I decided to install ubuntu 19.04 but that didn't work either, the problem seems to come from the grub bootloader not being compatible perhaps, is there a way I can fix this ? I tried to downgrade back 1.8.1 but my computer didn't allow it.

GRUB is for MBR booting in Legacy mode.

Newer Bios DOES NOT ALLOW windows 7 or earlier nor CSM nor MBR.

INTEL/DELL/Microsoft Is Ending Legacy BIOS Support By 2020 replacing it with UEFI Class 3 with NO CSM,  No Grub, No win7 or earler.

Thanks! Is it possible to force a downgrade in some other way, because when I tried to go back to an older version it said:Bios update blocked due to unsupported downgrade.

Downgrades are no longer supported due to too many hackers writing bios based malware. Most current bios updates are security patches for specific CVE.  This is also why microsoft allows you to install 10 without buying a new key if you have a windows 7 COA.  Windows 7 is game over in less than a year now.  Windows 8.0 is already end of life and ALL NEW Computers are 64 bit only and windows 10 only.  End of story.

Windows 7 support will end on January 14, 2020
