 Dell XPS 13 Ubuntu are through Dell Small Business but, I think it is an over the phone costume order now. My XPS 13 i7 1080 Display was delivered on Aug 16, 2013. However, see now everything online for XPS 13 is discounted old configuration with 720 Display just under three weeks later.349

It's really strange the description on most of the page (http://www.dell.com/us/business/p/xps-13-linux/pd) talks about Ubuntu, but all of the configurations are i5 with Windows 7 Pro. If you speak French, it is still available from Dell Canada here (http://www.dell.com/ca/fr/grandes-entreprises/p/xps-13-linux/pd). Given current exchange rates, that's about a 4 percent discount for American dollars.

I just found out its a supply issue around the i7 and this affects both the XPS 13 developer edition as well as the windows XPS 13 i7.  We are looking to resolve the i7 shortage so stay tuned.

We are looking at shifting some supply around so that we can fix for this in the US (its still available in Europe)

I according to the rep you no longer sell the XPS with linux anywhere. The website is a mistake.  It's really annoying that Dell is in the business and out the next day.

Im sorry the rep gave you misinformation.  We do still sell the XPS 13 developer in Europe and are resolving a supply problem here in the states and will offer it again here once its been resolved.
