TB16 - Still ethernet issues...
Hi,
Even with the latest BIOS version (2.3.1), I still have ethernet issues.
* connection cuts regularly (downloads gets interrupted, lose vpn connection, etc...)
* If the rj45 is plugged in, the TB16 fan goes nuts.
I mean... come on guys. It's been a while now, right?

* I am talking about the ethernet rj45 port of the TB16, just in case...
* Latest BIOS for my XPS 13 9630 at 2.3.1
* My kernel is 4.13.10

Also experiencing issues here. Ethernet worked for a while but only sporadically now. Workaround for now is to plug an usb-c-to-ethernet cable in the TB16's usb-c connection...
