Hello everyone, I am trying to install Ubuntu on my Dell 7559. Specs i7 Skylake, 4GB nVidia, 8GB RAM. I am unable to even install the OS. I've done quite research about it, it says that the graphics card nVidia is incompatible with the OS.
Solutions were: on the boot menu, try to input the "nomodeset" text. (By editting GRUB loader). I tried it. It booted live (for the first time) but was unable to install it. I am asking whether there is a way that I can disable the nVidia graphics card directly from the BIOS. It would be nice if Dell could implement this in the Dell BIOS update!
It must be installed the special version OS maybe, I am finding that also.If anyone have the iso file, please tell me,Thank a lot.My e-mail is :1215075853@qq.com.
