Updating the BIOS automatically using a USB stick

Here is my situation. I am trying to update the BIOS. There is no Windows installed. There is no FreeDOS compatibility with the machine and there is no screen attached. And I wish to update a BIOS. So the last resort is updating a BIOS using the Dell preboot environment. If I choose Flash Update following F12, is there any way for the BIOS to pick the .exe file automatically from the USB stick? Rather than having to point to manually select the specific file?
