XPS 9380 Developer Edition ETA

Question

Now that the 9380 has been released how long until the Developer Edition is available?  I don't especially want to buy a Windows license that I don't intend to use.

Waiting for this also. It doesn’t appear to be in the UK store, just the US store only.

Also in the Italian market there is no developer edition with i5. I don't want to buy the license of Windows, which I won't use.
