Alienware 17 was launched only with Intel Haswell i7 (4th. Gen.) processors:
4700MQ - Up to 2.4 GHz
4800MQ - Up to 2.7 GHz
4900MQ - Up to 2.8 GHz
4930XM - Up to 3.0 GHz
However, Alienware M17xR4 was launched with Intel Core i7 Ivy-bridge (3rd. Gen.) processors which is now discontinued. You may check in the local store regarding the availability.
