Alienware 13 R3 LCD failure.

My Alienware 13 R3 OLED suddenly won't turn on after flashing a new version of BIOS. Well, it does turn on, but then resets itself after a few seconds with no display output. After a few cycles it stops resetting itself and flashes the power button. 2 times red then 7 times blue, which indicates LCD failure. How should I submit a warranty claim? Or could it be a BIOS issue? Is there a way to perform a USB BIOS recovery?

    Hi alphawip‌,

    Try a power drain: unplug every external device from the system (including the AC Adapter), open the bottom cover and disconnect the battery cable. Then hold the power button for around a minute to drain all the power out. 

    Also try a CMOS reset by following the steps on this video: New Alienware 13 R3: Clear CMOS Battery - YouTube  

    You can also use this video to see how to disconnect the battery cable (second 41) so you can perform the power drain.
